As romance blossoms between Liam, a young gay man, and Chow, a middle-aged divorcé, past trauma and the harshness of reality converge upon this pair of star-crossed lovers.
LOGLINE
Haoyu Zhu (Peter) is a writer-director based in New York and Shenzhen, China. Peter graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with two Bachelor’s degrees in both Communication Arts and Sociology, which grants him the ability and sensibility to work across fiction and non-fiction films.

Since then, he has directed both documentary (As If, 2023) and short film (Ah Tze, 2022), and has worked on features in both China (Wang Dao, 2021) and the United States (Abigail, 2023). In 2024, he finished pursuing a Master’s degree in Film Directing at School of Visual Arts.
LATIN GRAMMY WINNER and MULTI-GRAMMY NOMINEE, Argentine-born and New York-based pianist and composer Emilio Solla’s first band, Apertura, (1983-1989) was praised by Astor Piazzolla as one of the most interesting new sounds in the Buenos Aires scene in 1986.

Today, with eleven CDs as bandleader and more than forty as arranger/producer, he is regarded by peers and critics as one of the most outstanding and unique composers in the Tango-Jazz field, a musical language which blends Argentine tango and folk with jazz and other contemporary music styles. He has performed all around Europe, Japan, the US and Latin America to rave reviews in many of the most important jazz houses and festivals, such as Bim Huis, Lincoln Center, Marciac, Blue Note, Fasching and more.
